Perfect place for 1- 2 couples or a small family. In the heart of a small town/ Enjoy our Gimli Cottage Getaway in the Spring, Summer, Fall Or Winter. 2024 Winter is still here, Ice skating, ice fishing, ski trails, walking paths, shopping, restaurants. If a weekend stay is not long enough, book a week and enjoy all Gimli has to offer. A house that is bright ,tidy and clean. Two minute walk to the beach, walk to shopping ,library, dock and Harbour bands on the beach, playground, theater, pubs, short drive to golf at” Links at the Lake”. Come and enjoy a mini holiday in Gimli situated on beautiful Lake Winnipeg.

-3 Bedrooms(2 queen beds one single) -One bathroom with soaker tub/shower. Towels supplied, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash -Washer, dryer, ironing board, ,hair dryer

-All bedding, blankets supplied -Fully equipped kitchen with some spices, tin foil, plastic wrap, dish soap, hand soap.

HOUSE RULES: -No Parties,events or gathering of any kind will be allowed without consent of the owner.

-No persons other than those listed on the rental agreement allowed to stay at the property without the owners knowledge. -no pets – smoking allowed outside ..(designated areas outside)  -town law.. no noise after 11:00PM.. please be respectful of the neighbor’s -absolutely no fire works of any kind.

$500.00 damage deposit /Returned the next day you leave if all is good order.
